The basic realization of economic modernization is the foundation and condition for socialist by 2035. It has a specific meaning several key indicators. According to report 19th 20th National Congress Communist Party China, 2035, China’s strength, scientific technological comprehensive national strength will jump significantly level medium-developed countries, ranking among forefront world’s innovative countries.
